About Me

I’m Abhay C. Denis, I am here to guide you toward clarity and calm through Process Meditation, a practice I developed to nurture wisdom and balance. Feeling overwhelmed or seeking inner peace? My approach, empowers you to navigate life’s challenges with balance.

My Journey
For years, I trained in the art of meditation at a temple in Swansea and Cardiff, learning to practice, teach, and understand its profound philosophy. This laid the foundation for Process Meditation. I later deepened my practice through walking, silence, and writing, refining my approach to inner peace. From 2020 to 2024, I studied psychology and counseling at the Open University and earned a Level 2 in Counselling Skills at Cardiff and Vale College, enriching my ability to support others.

What is Process Meditation?

Blending spiritual insights, psychological tools, and virtues like patience, Process Meditation helps you process challenges, release burdens, and restore balance. Unlike traditional meditation, it offers structured reflection to resolve inner conflicts. As a facilitator, I bring empathy and humility to guide your journey.
